How often will you deliver my Trinkets?
When you sign up, you'll tell us about your menstrual flow, which will determine the frequency of your delivery. Each woman is different so we offer delivery every 3, 4 or 5 weeks.

What if I need a selection of absorbencies?
That's easy. When you sign up, you select the absorbency level and how many boxes you need for your regular delivery. Remember, you can change this at any time.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel up until the day we send your package.

How do I pay?
You pay per box of tampons and we only ever charge you on the day we send them to you.

No. All Trinket packages fit through a standard letterbox.
